Iloveyou,bye.
Before you go home for work today, I'd like you to try this: Say "I love you" when ending a phone call to a co-worker. Just slip it in really quickly—"Okay, love ya, bye." It might not even sink in for a minute, and they'll be left staring at the phone, wondering if you really said it. And for extra fun, do it while someone is standing behind you waiting to talk to you and able to clearly read your call display and see whom you're talking to.

I had a colleague who used to say "God bless" to everybody. Nothing wrong with that, but he used to run the words together: instead of "God bless" it was "go' bless" which came out "gobless". As for me, I have terminated my fair share of phone conversations with female professionals by saying "Okay, seeya darlin'!" or "Thanks sweetheart!" Only to realise what I have done after hanging up.
At least a couple of the girls at the office will occasionally goose me, so I might be able to get away with your kind of faux pas.
I likey. I think I'll give it a try on Monday. Eh.
I would, but as the only male in the office, I might be bringing big trouble on myself. I'd rather say it to a guy for added larfs.
One of my male co-workers just ended a conversation with me by saying, "Take it easy. I love you."
I'm glad this is catching on.
